No refunds on items marked "final sale" or on custom orders, or monogrammed/personalized items will be accepted. 

As a small family owned business, every single product is designed & made with love, care, and hand packed by our team. We hope that you love what you purchase as much as we do, but we know sometimes things don't work out for one reason or another.
We are not a large warehouse with unlimited resources, so we unfortunately can not pay for unlimited free overnight shipping and returns like other companies can. What we can promise you is a real person behind every email, call and message you send inquiring about a product that is very happy to help you pick the perfect piece. Should you need to make a return, please see below terms.

CRITERIA


Items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of original delivery date to be accepted for return with the exception of the holiday season, which allows returns up unit Jan 5 on approved returns.

Please email info[at]thehouseofperna.com for return authorization before shipping back any return items. We will return unapproved items to you.

Item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. 

Worn or washed items, jewelry, custom items, personalized items, and items listed as "final sale" will be mailed back to you and not refunded.

Altered or custom pieces are also not eligible for return of exchange.

Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item. If your item(s) do not meet the above return criteria, the package will be rejected and/or mailed back to you.

We will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
