A few things you might be wondering.
What makes House of Perna different?
Original artwork, expressive silhouettes, thoughtful details and limited collections. We're an independent fashion house founded by designer Amanda Perna, creating clothing for women who believe personal style should be anything but ordinary.
Are your prints original?
Original textile artwork is central to the House of Perna design process. Amanda develops our signature prints, which are translated into fabrics and finished garments. The art comes first. The dress follows.
Where are your clothes made?
We work with skilled makers in our own atelier and trusted production partners in the United States and internationally. Production varies by collection and style, with an emphasis on small batches, craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
How does House of Perna sizing run?
Our pieces are designed in a range of silhouettes, from relaxed and flowing to more tailored fits. We recommend checking the size guide and individual fit notes on each product page. Between sizes or need a second opinion? Our team is always happy to help you find the right fit. Ask us about fit.
Do you offer personal styling?
Yes. We offer styling guidance and private shopping experiences designed to help you discover pieces that feel like you, only perhaps with slightly better accessories. Visit our Private Dressing Room page for details.
What if something I love is sold out?
Our collections are produced in limited quantities, and some pieces may not return. Contact our team and we'll check availability or help you find something equally wonderful.
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces typically ship within two business days. Special orders, preorders and made-to-order pieces may follow different timelines, which will be noted when applicable. Have an important date? Contact us before placing your order so we can discuss timing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Import duties, taxes and any applicable customs charges are the customer's responsibility.
What is your return policy?
Eligible domestic returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tags attached. Eligible international returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 30 days, with return shipping and applicable duties the customer's responsibility. We do not offer refunds under the current published policy. Please review the full return policy for item-specific exclusions and instructions.
Can I cancel an order?
Under our current published policy, eligible unshipped orders may be canceled subject to a 10% processing fee. Preorders have a three-business-day cancellation window. After that, store-credit options may apply. Contact us promptly if you need to make a change.
Can I book a private shopping experience?
Absolutely. Private Shopping Experiences currently begin with a $250 reservation fee, applied toward purchases during your appointment. The experience fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Explore private shopping.
Can I host a private event or workshop?
We'd love to hear your idea. House of Perna offers creative workshops, private shopping and custom event experiences. Tell us about your date, group and occasion. Plan an event.
