We automatically add Route shipping insurance as an add on that we recommend you purchasing in your order to protect your package.

 Should you choose to eliminate this option, we unfortunately can not guarantee replacement if order is lost or stolen as once we pass the package to shipping company we are at their mercy.

We understand how frustrating lost packages are (we lost an entire year of work in a shipping fire), and Route allows you peace of mind and protection of your precious package.

Packages typically go out within 24 hours unless it is next day or a shipping exemption such as a pre-order or otherwise noted. We promise to always do our part to get your package to you asap, we unfortunately can not control if the shipping company has delays on their end.
